PE管在城镇燃气管网领域大量使用,其连接方式大量使用热熔接头,接头质量的好坏直接影响管道系统的安全.分析了超声相控阵检测技术原理,采用相控阵检测技术对预制 PE 管热熔接头人工缺陷的试样进行了检测试验,对比分析了外翻边对检测结果的影响,分析了未检出缺陷的原因,验证了检测结果的可靠性.
Abstract
PE pipes are widely used in the field of urban gas pipeline networks,and their connection methods often use hot melt joints.The quality of the joints directly affects the safety of the pipeline sys-tem.This article analyzes the principle of ultrasonic phased array detection technology,and uses phased array detection technology to conduct detection tests on samples of artificial defects in prefabricated PE pipe hot melt joints.It compares and analyzes the impact of external flanging on the detection results,ana-lyzes the reasons for not detecting defects,and verifies the reliability of the detection results.
