Influence of shunt blade on power performance of multiphase pump impeller
In order to improve the power performance of helical vane multiphase pump,a helical vane multiphase pump with shunt blades was designed by referring to the design method of conventional centrif-ugal pump with long and short blades.The results show that with the increase of inlet gas content and flow rate,the total power and static power of the original model and the shunt blade model increase gradually,and the proportion of static power in each section is much higher than the dynamic power.The change of power distribution shows that the stator power of the inlet section of the impeller decreases and is lower than that of the original model,while the dynamic power of the outlet section increases and is higher than that of the original model.As a result,the power doing capacity of the inlet area of the impeller is weak-ened,but the position of the main power doing interval of the impeller is not affected.In addition,the to-tal power of the impeller is increased and the increase is mainly due to the increase of dynamic power.The research results have important reference value for structural modification and performance improvement of spiral vane multiphase pump.
