摘要

采用硫铁矿标准样品绘制硫的校准曲线,并用内控管理样品对曲线进行校准,建立了快速测定高硫矿中高含量硫的高频红外吸收法.对红外碳硫仪的选择、样品的粒度、称样量、燃烧时间和助熔剂的选择进行了研究.结果表明,以约0.4g铁屑和约1.5g钨粒作为助熔剂,0.0500g样品在高频感应条件下燃烧50s,然后在选定的仪器工作参数下测定,硫的测定结果与硫酸钡重量法的测定结果相符.对硫精矿标准样品样品精密度实验,硫的11次测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.4%.方法可以用于高硫矿中质量分数为10%-30%硫的测定.简单阐述了高频红外吸收法的原理,并结合实例分析其在铁矿石硫测定实验中的具体应用,为相关工作者提供参考借鉴.

Abstract

The calibration curve of sulfur was plotted by standard samples of sulfur-iron ore.The curve was calibration by internal control samples.Thus,the rapid determination method of high-content sulfur in sulfur concentrate by high-frequency infrared absorption was established.The infrared carbon-sulfur analy-zer,sample size,sampling amount,combustion time and selection of flux were studied.The results showed that,the determination results of sulfur were consistent with those obtained by barium sulfate gravimetric under the selected instrumental parameters and following experimental conditions:about 0.4g of iron and 1.5g of tungsten particle were used as flux;0.05g of sample was combusted for 50 s under high-frequency in-duction.The precision test was conducted using standard sulfur concentrate sample.The relative standard deviation(RSD,n=11)was 1.4%.The propose method was applicable for the determination of sulfur con-centrate containing 10%-30%(mass fraction)of sulfur.
