Research progress of high multiple water displacement properties and displacement characteristics in sandstone reservoirs
The sandstone reservoirs developed by waterflooding generally require long-term develop-ment after reaching the high water cut stage, resulting in a higher water drive ratio. The displacement characteristics of the reservoir will significantly change after high water drive, impacting the oil displace-ment efficiency and final recovery efficiency of the oilfield. This paper summarizes research methods and technical means for various parameters such as reservoir pore structure, permeability, porosity, mineral composition, and wettability. It also discusses the changes in micro-pore parameters and macro-parame-ters of the reservoir after high-power water flooding,as well as potential issues in the research process to provide technical guidance for subsequent time-varying reservoir studies.
