摘要
针对QT-2井高温、强碱、高盐环境造成尾管悬挂器失效问题,分析了尾管悬挂系统在高温、强碱、高盐环境失效原因.并通过铝合金、黄铜、铸铁、13Cr、钢材、P110钢材、橡胶等材质在QT-2井原井泥浆高温滚动试验,进一步认识了高温、强碱、高盐环境对不同材料的腐蚀影响程度,为工具的后续改进应用提供了有力依据.通过采用P110、13Cr、黄铜、耐盐碱腐蚀高温氟橡胶等材质改进了尾管悬挂系统,现场应用证明,改进后的尾管悬挂系统具有很好的抗高温、强碱、高盐腐蚀功能.
Abstract
Aiming at the failure of liner hanger caused by high temperature,strong alkali and high salt environment in Well Qiantan 2,the failure causes of liner hanger system in high temperature,strong alkali and high salt environment are analyzed.Through the high temperature rolling test of aluminum alloy,brass,cast iron,13Cr,steel,P110 steel,rubber and other materials in the original well mud of Well Qiantan 2,the corrosion effect of high temperature,strong alkali and high salt environment on different materials is further recognized,which provides a strong basis for the subsequent improvement and applica-tion of tools.The liner suspension system has been improved by using P110,13Cr,brass,salt and alkali resistant high temperature fluororubber and other materials.The field application has proved that the im-proved liner suspension system has good resistance to high temperature,strong alkali and high salt corro-sion.
