Research and Assistance QC application of three types of direct-pushed Dual laterolog casing logging
In recent years,the application of storage logging has been increasing year by year in oil and gas fields such as Tahe and Shunbei in the work area,which mainly target ultra deep carbonate rocks.Both the upper and lower instruments are working on the logging mode,and the curves are relatively complete.According to the specifications and instrument principles of cable logging,the nominal resistivity is fitted using a bilateral voltage to current ratio to conduct numerical research on the resistivity logging inside the casing,and some auxiliary evaluations are made on the stability and curve quality of downhole instrument operation.Starting from the characteristics of three common direct-pushed Dual laterolog instruments in the work area,34 well logging data from the past two years were selected.The morphology and numerical characteristics of the casing logging values of the three types of direct-pushed Dual laterolog instruments were planned and analyzed.Three examples of nominal resistivity logging applications were listed,and suggestions for QC were proposed.Previous papers mainly discussed the Dual lateral logging technology,instrument failures,etc.,with less involvement in the numerical research of simple casing logging,which has reference significance for peers.
