强封堵油基钻井液在通南巴区块某水平井的应用

某井是通南巴地区的一口水平井,该区块地层砂泥岩交错、压力系数较高、存在煤层,地层可钻性差、易发生溢流和垮塌.针对该区域地层岩性特点,分析了复杂情况下水基钻井液体系的技术难点,构建了一套强封堵油基钻井液体系.实验结果表明,研选的复合封堵剂与油基钻井液的配伍性良好,120℃下的高温高压滤失量为1.0mL,PPA滤失量为0.6mL,封堵率高达98.27%,构建的强封堵油基钻井液体系具有优异的造壁性能和封堵性能.现场应用表明,该体系解决了四川盆地川北坳陷通南巴构造带钻遇煤层易垮塌聚堆造成环空憋堵卡钻的作业难题,能满足作业过程中预防裂缝性漏失和增强井壁稳定性的需求,在该水平井成功应用.
Application of Strong Plugging Oil-based Drilling Fluid in a Horizontal Well in Tongnanba Block
A well is a horizontal well in Tongnanba area.In this area,the formation of sand and mud-stone is staggered,the pressure coefficient is high,there are coal seams,the formation drillability is poor,and overflow and collapse are easy to occur.According to the characteristics of formation lithology in this area,the technical difficulties of water-based drilling fluid system under complex conditions were analyzed,and a set of strong plugging oil-based drilling fluid system was constructed.The experimental results show that the selected composite plugging agent has good compatibility with oil-based drilling fluid.The high-temperature and high-pressure filtration loss at 120℃ is 1.0 mL,the PPA filtration loss is 0.6 mL,and the plugging rate is as high as 98.27%.The constructed strong plugging oil-based drilling fluid system has excellent wall-forming performance and plugging performance.The field application shows that the system solves the problem of annulus plugging and sticking caused by coal seam collapse in Tongnanba structural belt of northern Sichuan depression,Sichuan Basin.It can meet the needs of preventing fracture leakage and enhancing wellbore stability in the process of operation,and has been successfully applied in a horizontal well.
