Therapeutic Effect of Xiere Jiangni decoction Combined with Lansoprazole Enteric-coated Capsule on Liver-stomach Stagnation Heat Syndrome of Reflux Esophagitis
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Xiere jiangni decoction combined with lansoprazole enteric-coated capsule in the treatment of reflux esophagitis with liver-stomach heat stagnation syndrome.Methods:90 patients with liver-stomach stagnation-heat syn-drome of reflux esophagitis treated in our hospital from May 2018 to August 2020 were divided into two groups by drawing lots.The con-trol group(n=45)was treated with lansoprazole enteric-coated capsule,and the observation group(n=45)was treated with Xiere Jiangni decoction.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(95.56％,43/45)was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.00％,36/45)(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of main syn-drome and secondary syndrome of TCM and the morphology of esophageal mucosa in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the expressions of propanediol(PEG),nitric oxide(NO),total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD),gastrin(Gas),motilin(MOT)and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interferon-action-γ(IFN-γ)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of interleukin-4(IL-4)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After 6 months of follow-up after treatment,the recurrence rate in the observation group(2.22％,1/45)was significantly lower than that in the control group(13.33％,6/45).Conclusion:Xiere jiangni decoction combined with lansoprazole enteric-coated capsule is effective in the treatment of reflux esophagitis with liver-stomach heat stagnation syndrome,which can regulate immunity,improve clinical symptoms and esophageal mucosal injury,and promote gastrointestinal peristalsis,which is worth popularizing.
