Objective:To observe the effect of Xifeng Huoxue decoction in the treatment of vertigo with hyperactivity of liver yang.Methods:82 patients with vertigo and hyperactivity of liver-yang treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were ran-domly divided into two groups:routine group(treated with Le Meng)and experimental group(treated with Xifeng Huoxue decoction on the basis of routine group)with 41 cases in each group.The therapeutic effect was evaluated after continuous treatment for 2 weeks.The clini-cal symptom score and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared,and the adverse reactions of the two groups during treatment were compared.Results:After treatment,the main syndrome,secondary syndrome and total score of the experimental group were lower than those of the routine group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the test group(92.68％,38/41)was higher than that of the conventional group(73.17％,30/41)(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Xifeng Huoxue decoction can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and improve clinical effi-cacy in the treatment of vertigo with hyperactivity of liver-yang.
