Professor Chen Qin's Clinical Experience in the Treatment of Pulmonary Nodules
With the popularity of low-dose pulmonary spiral CT and people's attention to physical examination,the detection rate of pul-monary nodules has been on the rise in recent years.Traditional Chinese medicine has a significant effect on the reduction and elimina-tion of lesions,prevention of malignant nodules and recurrence after surgery,which reduces the psychological and economic burden.Pro-fessor Chen Qin believes that the basic pathogenesis of pulmonary nodules can be summarized as abnormal transfusion of qi,blood and body fluid in the lungs,spleen and liver.The nature of many deficiency and real,based on deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis,qi stagna-tion and heat toxin as the standard.The treatment should be treated by resolving phlegm and blood stasis,soothing the liver and regulat-ing qi,clearing heat and detoxification,tonifying the lung and invigorating the spleen.On the basis of syndrome differentiation and treat-ment,Ruanjian Sanjie treatment runs through the beginning and end.This paper summarizes Professor Chen Qin's clinical experience in the treatment of pulmonary nodules.
