Shanghai Songjiang Luo's Gynecology of traditional Chinese Medicine is one of the gynecological schools of Shanghai School of traditional Chinese Medicine.Luochun is the eighth generation heir of Luo's gynecology,the leader of clinical key disciplines of tradi-tional Chinese medicine in Shanghai,and the winner of the National May 1 Labor Medal,who enjoys the special allowance of the State Council.This paper summarizes the clinical experience of Luochun,the eighth generation descendant of Luo's gynecology,in the treat-ment of"postpartum lochia".According to the characteristics of etiology and pathogenesis of postpartum"deficiency and blood stasis",Luo Chun drew up the"postpartum prescription for removing blood stasis and promoting blood stasis"to treat this disease,in order to achieve the effect of tonifying qi and blood stasis and stopping bleeding,and reduce the pain of maternal reoperation.
