Vertigo is a kind of disease with dizziness and dizziness as the main clinical manifestation caused by a variety of causes,which seriously affects the quality of life.Rhizoma Alismatis decoction comes from the synopsis of the Golden Chamber of Zhang Zhongjing in the Han Dynasty,it is an effective prescription for the treatment of vertigo.This paper introduces the applicable syndrome,drug proportion and clinical addition and subtraction of Rhizoma Alismatis decoction.The purpose of this paper is to share the clinical ex-perience in the treatment of vertigo phlegm and drink syndrome based on the syndrome of Rhizoma Alismatis decoction.
