Discussion on the treatment of eczema with San Ren Tang based on the theory of"triple energiser gasification"
Eczema is a kind of inflammatory skin disease with various forms of lesions and intense itching as the main feature,Dysfunc-tion of the Sanjiao qihua chemistry function,resulting in the production of dampness,and the emergence of wind,dampness and heat is the underlying pathogenesis of eczema.Therefore,the function of regulating the sanjiao qihua qi is carried out throughout the disease.The upper jiao is to promote the lung qi,the qi line will be dampness,the middle jiao is to aroma dampness,qi line broad,the lower jiao is to ooze dampness and diuresis,dampness and heat from the lower jiao out of the evil.San Ren Tang is not limited to the treatment of damp-ness and warmth,but can be used flexibly by adding and subtracting according to the evidence for those whose disease mechanism be-longs to dampness-heat obstruction of the triple jiao qi.This paper discusses the use of Sanren Tang in the treatment of eczema based on the theory of"Sanjiao qihua",which can improve eczema by clearing dampness and heat through clearing Sanjiao qihua,so that dampness and heat can be eliminated by qi,and then improve eczema.This will provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of eczema.
