Analysis of the therapeutic effect of Q-switched Nd∶YAG laser combined with modified Guizhi Fuling decoction on rosacea with phlegm and blood stasis accumulation
Objective:To investigate the effect of Q-switched Nd∶YAG laser combined with Guizhi Fuling decoction on the treatment of rosacea with phlegm and blood stasis accumulation.Method:129 patients with rosacea vulgaris with phlegm and blood stasis were ran-domly divided into a treatment group and a control group 1.2 according to the number table method.At the same time,control group 1 was treated with Q-switched Nd∶YAG laser,while control group 2 was treated with Guizhi Fuling Decoction.The treatment group adopts a combined treatment plan.Calculate the clinical symptoms(proportion of capillary dilation area,papules(pustules),and itching erythema)scores,clinical efficacy,and skin disease quality of life index(DLQI)scale scores before and after treatment in three groups,and compare the clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,and recurrence status of the three groups.Result:There was no difference in the basic condition of the three groups of patients before treatment(P＞0.05);The treatment group showed significant improvement in skin lesions,with an effec-tive rate of 86.0％(37/43),while the control group had an effective rate of 65.1％(28/43)/60.4％(26/43),with a statistically significant difference compared to the control group 1.2(P＜0.01);The treatment group showed statistically significant improvement in quality of life compared to the control group 1.2(P＜0.01).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions among the three groups(P＞0.05).In terms of recurrence rate,the control group 1.2 was significantly higher than the same period treatment group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.01).Conclusion:The combination of Q-switched Nd∶YAG laser and Guizhi Fuling decoction has a significant clinical effi-cacy in the treatment of rosacea vulgaris with phlegm and blood stasis accumulation.It has fewer adverse reactions and a low recurrence rate,and is worthy of clinical application.
