摘要

银屑病关节炎(PsA)是一种与银屑病(PsO)相关的疾病,病因及发病机制复杂,与遗传、免疫及环境等因素皆有关系.PsA属于中医学"白疕""痹病"范畴,与热邪关系密切,辨证主要有风湿热痹、风热血燥、热毒炽盛、风寒湿痹、肝肾亏虚,临床常用龙胆泻肝汤、四妙勇安汤、黄芪桂枝五物汤及独活寄生汤等方剂,本文综述了单味中药如雷公藤、青黛、蝉蜕、土茯苓、当归抗炎等途径治疗银屑病或银屑病关节炎.

Abstract

Psoriatic arthritis(PsA)is a disease related to psoriasis(PsO).The etiology and pathogenesis are complex,and are related to genetic,immune and environmental factors.PsA belongs to the categories of"white boil"and"bi disease"in traditional Chinese medicine,and is closely related to heat pathogens.Its syndrome differentiation mainly includes five types of rheumatic-heat arthralgia,wind-heat blood dryness,flaming heat toxin,wind-cold-damp arthralgia,and liver-kidney deficiency.It is commonly used in clinical practice.Longdan Xiegan Decoction,Simiao Yongan Decoction,Astragalus Guizhi Wuwu Decoction and Duhuo Jiji Decoction,etc.,and single herbs such as Tripterygium wilfordii,Qingdai,Cicada slough,Tuckahoe,Angelica anti-inflammatory and other ways to treat psoriasis are reviewed disease or psoriatic arthritis.
