摘要
鸭跖草是一味传统中药,具有清热泻火、解毒、利水消肿等功效.化学成分多样,含有黄酮类、生物碱类、有机酸类、萜类、苷类等,具有抑制血糖升高、抗氧化、调节血脂代谢、抗炎镇痛、抗病毒、降血压、抗菌、保肝等药理作用.文章总结了近年来国内外有关鸭跖草的化学成分、药理活性及安全性文献,对其研究进展进行综述,以期为鸭跖草进一步开发利用提供科学依据.
Abstract
Commelinae Herba is one of traditional Chinese medicines with the effects of clearing heat and purging fire,relieving toxic ma-terial,and improving water permeability and detumescence.It has various chemical components,including flavonoids,alkaloids,organic acids,terpenoids,glycosides and so on.It has pharmacological effects such as inhibiting blood glucose increase,anti-oxidation,regulating lipid metabolism,anti-inflammatory and analgesic,antiviral,liver protection,blood pressure lowering,antibacterial and so on.This article summarized the domestic and foreign literature on chemical components,pharmacological activity and safety of Commelinae Herba in re-cent years,and reviewed the research progress in order to provide some scientific basis for the further study of the herb.
