Analysis of Clinical Effect of TCM Syndrome Differentiation in the Treatment of Stomachache
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of stomachache.Methods:80 pa-tients with stomachache treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The observation group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation and the control group was treated with western medicine.The relief time of stomachache,abdominal distension,hiccup,vomiting,anorexia and other symptoms,the incidence of adverse reactions and the total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The relief time of stomachache,hiccup,vomiting,anorexia and abdominal distension in the observation group was shorter than that in the observation group(P＜0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower(P＜0.05),and the total effective rate was higher in the observation group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of stomachache can benefit well with few adverse reaction,it is an efficient and safe method for the treatment of stomachache,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
