Coronary artery spasm is an important cause of many cardiovascular diseases.However,due to insufficient research on the dis-ease and unclear pathogenesis,there are some difficulties in clinical treatment.This article re-recognizes coronary artery spasm from the perspective of'liver',one of the five internal organs of traditional Chinese medicine,analyzes the pathogenesis of coronary artery spasm,and proposes that its pathogenesis is qi stagnation and blood stasis,liver wind internal movement,liver blood deficiency,soothing liver and activating blood circulation,calming liver and calming wind,nourishing blood and softening liver as its treatment principles.
