Cervical-cardiac syndrome is a clinical syndrome similar to coronary heart disease angina pectoris due to cervical degenera-tion oppressing cervical nerves,blood vessels and other normal tissues,which can belong to the category of"chest arthralgia","heartache"and"item arthralgia"in traditional Chinese medicine.Professor Qiu Ling believes that the disease is mostly affected by evil because of body deficiency,loss of meridian tendons,heart and pulse obstruction and pain,treatment by tonifying qi and blood,nourishing meridian tendons,unblocking meridians and collaterals to treat them,paying attention to the treatment of distinguishing tendons,and often selecting acupuncture points according to the distribution of tendons,which has achieved good clinical results.
