A Multicenter Randomized Controlled Clinical Study of Stretch Massage Manipulation Combined with Disseminated Extracorporeal Shock Wave in the Treatment of Early Primary Frozen Shoulder
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of traction massage combined with disseminated extracorporeal shock wave in the treatment of early primary frozen shoulder.Methods:240 patients with early primary frozen shoulder were divided into three groups:ob-servation group(n=90),control group(n=90)and blank control group(n=60).The observation group was treated with stretch massage combined with elusive extracorporeal shock wave, the control group was treated with elusive extracorporeal shock wave, and the blank control group was treated with celecoxib orally.CMS score,VAS score and curative effect of the three groups were compared. Results:The VAS scores of the three groups were lower than those before treatment, the observation group had the lowest score, the control group took the second place, and the blank control group had the highest score. The difference was statistically significant. The CMS score of the blank control group was the lowest, the control group was the second, and the observation group was the highest,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant. There was significant difference in the curative effect among the three groups P<0.05.Conclusion:Stretch massage combined with disseminated extracorporeal shock wave has a good effect in the treatment of early primary frozen shoulder, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
