To Explore the Therapeutic Significance of Bushen Zhuanggu Recipe in the Treatment of Senile Osteoporosis based on the TCM Pathogenesis of "Kidney deficiency and blood stasis"
Senile osteoporosis(SOP)is a kind of skeletal disease closely related to aging,which has become a common and frequently-occurring disease in middle-aged and elderly people.The incidence increases with age,which seriously affects the quality of life and physical and mental health.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that kidney deficiency and bone marrow loss is the fundamental cause of SOP,blood stasis aggravates kidney deficiency is an important factor in the pathogenesis of SOP,kidney deficiency and blood stasis runs through all stages of the occurrence and development of SOP.Based on the theory that"kidney deficiency and blood stasis"is the main TCM pathogenesis of SOP,combined with the TCM physical characteristics of the elderly,this paper discusses the therapeutic effect and significance of Bushen Zhuanggu recipe on SOP.
