摘要
腰痛在古籍文献中有较多治疗方法,针灸治疗腰痛的历史由来已久,秦汉时期的《黄帝内经》奠定了理论基础,后世的发展皆以此为基础;魏晋南北朝时期的《针灸甲乙经》发展了刺络放血疗法;隋唐时期的《备急千金要方》显示利用灸法治疗腰痛;宋金元时期《针灸资生经》强调针药并用;明清时期《针灸大成》较为具体地对腰痛进行分型,并强调针、灸、药同用.
Abstract
There are many treatment methods for low back pain in ancient books and literatures,among which acupuncture and moxibus-tion has a long history.The Huangdi Neijing(《黄帝内经》,The Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic)in the Qin and Han Dynasties laid the theoretical foundation for the development of later generations.The"Acupuncture and Moxibustion A Yi Jing"(《针灸甲乙经》,Acupunc-ture A and B Channels)in the period of Wei,Jin and Southern and Northern Dynasties developed the therapy of pricking collaterals and letting blood.In Sui and Tang dynasties,"Preparative Qianjin Yaofang"(《备急千金要方》,Be Ready for Emergencies)showed the use of moxibustion to treat lumbago;In the Song,Jin and Yuan dynasties,"Acupuncture and Moxibustion Zi Sheng Jing"(《针灸资生经》,Acupuncture and Health Classics)emphasized the use of acupuncture and medicine;In the Ming and Qing dynasties,"Acupuncture and Moxibustion Dacheng"(《针灸大成》,Acupuncture and Moxibustion)classifies lumbago specifically and emphasizes the use of acupunc-ture,moxibustion and medicine together.
