Exploring the Tongue Features of Patients with Hormone Induced Necrosis of the Femoral Head in ARCO Stage I Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Four Diagnostic Instruments
Objective:To investigate the characteristics of high-incidence tongue signs in patients with hormonal femoral head necrosis based on the objectification of the four diagnostic instruments of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:A total of 119 patients with AR-COI.hormonal femoral head necrosis who met the inclusion criteria were selected as the observation group, and the tongue image informa-tion of the patients was obtained by using the four diagnostic instruments of traditional Chinese medicine, and the tongue image informa-tion of 132 healthy physical examiners was obtained as the control group. The difference of tongue image information between the two groups was compared. Results:A total of 119 cases were collected in the observation group and 132 cases in the control group. After sta-tistical examination, compared with those with healthy physical examination, the tongue color, lichen color and lichen quality of patients with hormonal femoral head necrosis in ARCOI.stage were statistically significant, but the presence or absence of ecchymosis and pe-techiae was not statistically significant.Compared with the control group, the tongue color of the experimental group was purple, the color of moss was yellow and white, and the lichen was thick and greasy. Conclusions:In this study,it was found that there was a statistically significant difference between the tongue image of patients with hormonal femoral head necrosis in ARCOI.stage and the tongue image of healthy physical examination patients. There was no significant correlation between the tongue image and the gender and age of patients with hormonal femoral head necrosis in ARCOI.stage.
