Effect of Routine Therapy Combined with Fuzheng Qufeng Huatan Recipe on Patients with Chronic Cough(Spleen and lung yin deficiency)After Infection
Objective:To explore the curative effect of routine therapy combined with Fuzheng Qufeng Huatan recipe on patients with chronic cough(spleen and lung yin deficiency)after infection.Methods:108 patients with chronic cough(spleen and lung yin deficiency)after infection in the outpatient clinic of our hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were randomly divided into control group(n=54,routine therapy)and research group(n=54,combined with Fuzheng Qufeng Huatan recipe).The clinical efficacy,symptom score and quality of life of the two groups were analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of the study group after combined treatment was 96.30％(52/54),which was significantly higher than that of the control group 79.63％(43/54),and the difference was statistically different(X2=7.083,P=0.008).After treatment,the symptom scores of cough,easy cold,fatigue and expectoration in the study group were signifi-cantly lower than those in the control group(t=17.582,5.454,3.602,7.973,P=0.000).After treatment,the scores of physical health,men-tal health and social function in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=3.938,3.725,5.380,P=0.000).Conclusion:On the basis of routine treatment,combined with Fuzheng Qufeng Huatan recipe to treat chronic cough with spleen and lung yin deficiency after infection can effectively improve the clinical symptoms such as cough and further strengthen the therapeutic effect,and then improve the quality of life.
