Clinical Observation of Needle Knife Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Package in Improving Knee Osteoarthritis of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis based on"Tong Tiao"Theory
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of needle knife combined with traditional Chinese medicine package therapy in im-proving knee osteoarthritis of qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods:50 patients with knee osteoarthritis of qi stagnation and blood stasis in the rehabilitation clinic and inpatient department of our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were randomly divided into general ad-justment group(n=25)and control group(n=25).The control group was given aceclofenac dispersible tablets orally,while the control group was treated with needle knife combined with self-made traditional Chinese medicine package on the basis of control group.The in-dexes of serum hemorheology and tumor necrosis factor(TNFα)in knee synovial fluid were observed before and after treatment,and the knee joint function and clinical curative effect were evaluated according to Lequesne scale.Results:At the end of the course of treatment,it was found that the total effective rate of the general adjustment group was 96％(24/25),which was better than that of the western medicine group 84％(21/25)(P＜0.05).Compared with those before treatment,the whole blood high shear viscosity,low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,knee joint pain,maximum walking distance and living ability scores of the two groups were improved in different degrees(P＜0.05,P＜0.01),but there was no improvement in hematocrit and TNFα of knee joint fluid in the western medicine group.Conclusion:Needle knife based on general adjustment theory combined with self-made traditional Chinese medicine package can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of knee osteoarthritis of qi stagnation and blood stasis.
