摘要
独活寄生汤是临床治疗膝骨关节炎的常用方剂,临床应用证明,可有效改善膝部疼痛、肿胀、僵硬,以及严重者出现的活动受限等症状,不良反应较少.中医认为该方具有止痹痛、祛风湿、补气血、益肝肾之效,当代医学则认为具有抗炎镇痛、抑凋亡、抗氧化、促再生等作用.然更有医者将独活寄生汤与其他疗法联合应用,使之临床疗效更为突出.综述近年来独活寄生汤的相关文献,从中医理论、作用机制、单方应用及联合其他疗法治疗膝骨关节炎几个方面进行系统总结,以期为科研和临床应用提供参考.
Abstract
Duhuo Jisheng decoction is a common prescription for clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis.clinical application has proved that it can effectively improve the symptoms of knee pain,swelling,stiffness and activity limitation in severe cases,with few ad-verse reactions.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the prescription has the effects of relieving arthralgia,dispelling rheumatism,tonifying qi and blood,benefiting liver and kidney,while contemporary medicine believes that it has the effects of anti-inflammation and analgesia,anti-apoptosis,anti-oxidation,promoting regeneration and so on.However,some doctors combine Duhuo Jisheng decoc-tion with other therapies to make its clinical effect more prominent.This paper summarizes the relevant literature of Duhuo Jisheng de-coction in recent years,and systematically summarizes the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,action mechanism,unilateral applica-tion and combined with other therapies in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,in order to provide reference for scientific research and clinical application.
