基于"抑木扶土法"论治功能性消化不良

摘要
功能性消化不良(Functional dyspepsia,FD),是一种常见的功能性的、无胃肠道结构、形态及生化异常的胃肠道疾病,由于该病病情较长,变化复杂,西药治疗短期可取得较好疗效,长期不良反应明显.中医辨证论治对缓解FD的症状有较好成效.笔者通过对FD病机梳理,认为肝及脾胃生理功能失常所致的肝盛或脾弱是引起FD的主要病因,脾土虚弱是其最基本的病机,基于"抑木扶土"理论遣方用药,可在临床有效缓解FD患者的症状,提高患者生活质量.
Abstract
Functional dyspepsia(Functionaldyspepsia,FD)is a common functional gastrointestinal disease without abnormal gastrointestinal structure,morphology and biochemistry.Because of its long-term condition and complex changes,western medicine can achieve good short-term effect and obvious long-term side effects.TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment has a good effect on relieving the symptoms of FD.By combing the pathogenesis of FD,the author thinks that the main cause of FD is liver Sheng or spleen weakness caused by abnormal physio-logical function of liver,spleen and stomach,and the weakness of spleen and soil is the most basic pathogenesis.Prescription based on the the-ory of"suppressing wood and supporting soil"can effectively relieve the symptoms of FD patients and improve their quality of life.
