目的:利用文献计量学方法,对中医药领域关于阿片类物质使用相关障碍(Opioid Use Disorder,OUD)的研究进展进行可视化分析,并探讨其中的研究热点,以期为进一步开展相关研究提供参考和借鉴.方法:以CNKI、SinoMed、Wanfang、web of science核心合集数据库中近30年关于OUD的中医药研究文献为对象,运用CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件进行可视化分析.结果:共纳入相关文献653篇,以莫志贤、宋小鸽、徐平等为代表的研究团队成果最多;统计出的134位核心作者中最高发文量为28篇;主要研究机构有南方医科大学、北京大学等;高频关键词围绕OUD分型、中医药诊疗方法、动物实验中治疗机制三方面;共形成12个中文关键词聚类、8个英文关键词聚类.基本研究路径为:"动物疗效实验→临床随机对照研究→治疗作用机制研究".结论:中医药诊治OUD的研究现仍处于发展阶段.建议研究团队与机构加强合作;可结合科技发展前沿进一步研究;相关临床研究质量尚有待进一步提高;建立一套全面系统高效的中医药诊治OUD体系;加强科研成果的转化.尽管近年来相关研究发文量呈下降趋势,但仍然可以深入研究,为解决这一国际公共卫生领域的重要问题提供中国方案.
Visual Analysis of TCM Research on Obstacles Related to the use of Opioids
To visually analyze the research progress of opioid use related disorders(OpioidUseDisorder,OUD)in the field of traditional Chi-nese medicine(TCM)by means of bibliometrics,and explore the research hotspots,so as to provide reference for further research.Methods:The TCM research literatures about OUD in the core collection database of CNKI,SinoMed,Wanfang and webofscience in recent 30 years were tak-en as the object,and the visual analysis was carried out by CiteSpace and VOSviewer software.Results:A total of 653 articles were included,of which the research team represented by Mo Zhixian,Song Xiaoge and Xu Ping made the most achievements;the highest number of articles among the 134 core authors was 28;the main research institutions were Southern Medical University and Peking University;the high-frequency keywords focused on three aspects:OUD classification,diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,and treatment mechanism in animal experiments.A total of 12 Chinese keyword clustering and 8 English keyword clustering are formed.The basic research path is:"Animal efficacy experiment→Clinical randomized controlled trial→ Therapeutic mechanism study".Conclusion:The research of traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of OUD is still in the stage of development.It is suggested that the research team and institutions should strengthen cooperation;further research can be combined with the frontier of scientific and technological development;the quality of re-lated clinical research needs to be further improved;establish a comprehensive,systematic and efficient OUD system of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment;strengthen the transformation of scientific research results.Although the number of related research papers has shown a downward trend in recent years,it is still possible to conduct in-depth research to provide Chinese solutions to solve this important problem in the field of international public health.
