白虎加人参汤在治疗2型糖尿病中的研究进展

摘要
糖尿病是临床上常见的代谢性疾病,是世界三大慢病之一,患病人口基数巨大.而2型糖尿病的典型表现为"三多一少",即多饮、多食、多尿或消瘦等,与我国传统医学的"消渴病症"极为接近.因此本文旨在探究我国传统医学经典名方"白虎加人参汤"在2型糖尿病中的运用与研究进展.临床及基础实验研究表明白虎加人参汤具有良好地降糖效果,并具有缓解氧化应激反应、抗氧化能力以及降低血清炎症因子水平的作用,能良好的改善糖尿病患者的临床症状,能在一定程度上替代部分西药降糖,与西药联用起到提高临床疗效作用.
Abstract
Diabetes is a common metabolic disease in clinic,and it is one of the three chronic diseases in the world.The typical manifesta-tion of type 2 diabetes is"three more and one less",that is,excessive drinking,overeating,polyuria or emaciation,which is very close to the"thirst syndrome"of traditional Chinese medicine.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to explore the application and research progress of"Baihu plus ginseng decoction"in type 2 diabetes mellitus.Clinical and basic experimental studies show that Baihu plus ginseng decoction has a good hypoglycemic effect,and can alleviate oxidative stress,antioxidant capacity and reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,and can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with diabetes.to a certain extent,it can replace some western medicine to reduce blood sugar,combined with western medicine to improve the clinical effect.
