透热转气法在肺脓肿治疗中的应用探讨

摘要
透热转气法是温病学治疗热入营血的治法,其目的是透邪外出.中医称肺脓肿为肺痈,其病机为热壅血瘀,血败肉腐,邪热贯穿始终,有热证之表现.采用透热转气法治疗肺脓肿,可使邪热透发,起到缩短病程及减轻病情的作用.
Abstract
The method of transferring heat to qi is a method for febrile diseases to treat heat entering the camp blood,and its purpose is to go out through evil.In traditional Chinese medicine,lung abscess is called lung abscess,and its pathogenesis is heat obstruction and blood stasis,blood failure and meat rot,evil heat throughout,with the manifestation of heat syndrome.The treatment of lung abscess with the method of heat permeation and qi transfer can make the evil heat pass through,shorten the course of the disease and alleviate the disease.
