以扶阳理论为主探讨肌萎缩侧索硬化症的针灸治疗思路

摘要
肌萎缩侧索硬化症作为临床少见病,因病情发展迅速且预后较差而备受临床关注,目前临床医学尚无根治之法.其证多表现为四肢及舌肌肌肉萎缩、无力,且会伴随出现焦虑、抑郁等情志问题.扶阳理论以阴阳为总纲,对针刺治疗本病具有重要的指导意义.选取督脉、手足阳明经及足太阳膀胱经腧穴,主以宣补阳气,辅以疏肝调神针法.使阳气宣补有度,补而不滞的同时又做到调神安志,故形神得以同治,以期延缓病情恶化速度,延长患者生存时间,为临床治疗该病提供新思路.
Abstract
As a rare clinical disease,amyotrophic lateral sclerosis has attracted much clinical interest owing to its rapid progression and poor prognosis.Currently,there is no radical cure in clinical medicine.The syndrome is mostly characterized by muscle atrophy and weakness of the limbs and tongue muscles,and is accompanied by emotional problems such as anxiety and depression.Fu-yang theory takes yin and yang as the general outline,which has important guiding signifiicance for acupuncture treatment of this disease.Select acupoints related to the governor vessel,yangming meridian of the hands and feet,andthe bladder meridian of foot-taiyang to disperse and stimulate Yang Qi,supplemented by liver qi-soothing and spirit-regulating acupuncture.lt aims to disperse and stimulate yang qi while regulating the mind and calming the mind.Therefore,the body and mind can be treated simultaneously,so as to delay the deterioration of the disease,prolong the patient's survival time,and provide new ideas for clinical treatment of the disease.
