There is a close relationship between ear and liver in Zang-fu organs,meridians and Zang-Qiao collaterals.Most patients with tinnitus have a certain degree of anxiety and depression,and the liver storing blood,mainly catharsis,regulating emotion,has an important im-pact on the pathogenesis of tinnitus.Liver pathological changes such as stagnation of liver qi,inflammation of liver fire,deficiency of liver blood and deficiency of liver yin can cause tinnitus.Based on the physiological and pathological characteristics of the liver,tinnitus is treated based on the physiological and pathological characteristics of the liver.While regulating the physiological function of the liver,the overall re-habilitation of tinnitus and its accompanying mental and emotional disorders can improve the quality of life of patients and weaken the influ-ence of tinnitus on patients,so as to provide diversified choices for clinical diagnosis and treatment of tinnitus.
