基于"心-脑-肾轴"论治脑小血管病

摘要
心-脑-肾轴理论具有血脉相通、神明共主、脉络相关的特点.脑小血管病病位在脑,与心、肾密切相关,基于"心-脑-肾轴"理论探讨此病,认为脑髓损减为发病的直接病因,肾精亏虚为根本病因,心气不足、血脉不和为核心病机.治疗上,根据脑小血管病本虚标实的特点,应以补肾养血填髓为本,化痰祛瘀通络为标,补肾精、养心血以充养脑髓,理气化痰、活血化瘀以通畅脑络,令髓海得养,神机得用.
Abstract
The theory of heart-brain-kidney axis has the characteristics of blood connection,divine co-domination and vein correlation.Cerebrovascular disease is located in the brain and is closely related to heart and kidney.Based on the theory of"heart-brain-kidney axis",this disease is discussed.It is considered that the decrease of brain marrow is the direct cause of the disease,kidney essence deficiency is the fundamental cause,and heart qi deficiency and blood disharmony are the core pathogenesis.In treatment,according to the characteristics of deficiency and excess of cerebrovascular disease,we should take tonifying kidney,nourishing blood and filling marrow,resolving phlegm,re-moving blood stasis and dredging collaterals as the standard,tonifying kidney essence and nourishing heart blood to nourish the brain,regulat-ing qi and resolving phlegm,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis to unobstruct brain collaterals.
