从"肾与三焦相通"论治骨质疏松症

摘要
骨质疏松症(OP)是以骨密度降低,骨脆性增加为特点的临床上常见的慢性全身性代谢性骨病,其最常见的并发症是骨质疏松性骨折,一旦发生骨折,通常会使患者的生活质量大幅下降,并且会为家庭及社会带来巨大的经济负担.肾与三焦和OP的发生发展及治疗均紧密相关,但目前OP治疗多以补肾为主,也有医家从"少阳主骨"理论出发运用和解少阳、通利三焦的方法,却很少有人将二者结合,以肾主骨和少阳主骨理论为基础,从"肾与三焦相通"的角度探析OP的发病机制及治疗方法.肾虚导致精亏髓少以及三焦气化失司致气血津液无以充养骨髓则骨失其刚、骨密度降低、骨组织微结构破损,且三焦为少阳,少阳枢机不利则筋脉弛缓、关节不稳、易于跌倒.因此,依据"肾与三焦相通"之论应用补肾、疏利三焦之法可使肾精得以补,气血津液通道得以清利,骨髓得以濡养,筋脉关节得以稳固,共同发挥抗骨质疏松的作用.
Abstract
Osteoporosis(OP)is a common chronic systemic metabolic bone disease characterized by decreased bone mineral density and in-creased bone fragility.The most common complication is osteoporotic fracture,which usually reduces the patient's quality of life and brings huge economic burden to the family and society.The kidney is closely related to the occurrence,development and treatment of Sanjiao and OP,but at present,the treatment of OP is mainly to tonify the kidney,and some doctors use the methods of relieving Shaoyang and Tongli San-jiao based on the theory of"Shaoyang governing bone",but few people combine them.Based on the theory of kidney dominating bone and Sha-oyang dominating bone,this paper probes into the pathogenesis and treatment of OP from the point of view of"the connection between kidney and Sanjiao".Deficiency of kidney leads to lack of essence and deficiency of marrow and loss of qi,blood and body fluid to nourish bone mar-row,bone loss,decrease of bone mineral density and damage of bone tissue microstructure,and Sanjiao is Shaoyang,which leads to relaxation of tendons and veins,instability of joints and easy to fall.Therefore,according to the theory of"the connection between kidney and Sanjiao",the method of tonifying kidney and dredging Sanjiao can tonify kidney essence,clear the passage of qi,blood and body fluid,nourish bone marrow,stabilize muscles,veins and joints,and jointly play the role of anti-osteoporosis.
