Under the theoretical guidance of too few syndromes of two sensations in Treatise on febrile Diseases and the law of transmission and change in the six meridians,and combined with clinical observation from the two major causes of exogenous and internal injuries,this pa-per puts forward the hypothesis that the meridians of the heart and kidney return to the evil of wind-heat,the combination of internal and ex-ternal pathogens,the invasion of the kidney along the meridian,the acute attack,and the hypothesis that there are too few two-sensation-heat syndrome of damaging the body meridians along the meridian,and thus establish the treatment principle of purging kidney and cool blood,and choose Xieshen decoction to add or subtract.
