Exploring the Pathogenesis of Ischemic White Matter Lesion and its Treatment with Traditional Chinese Medicine based on the Theory of"Spleen and kidney"Viscera
In recent years,the incidence of ischemic white matter disease is increasing year by year,and the early symptoms of the disease are hidden and atypical,which seriously affect the life and quality of life of the elderly.At present,the treatment of western medicine is mainly aimed at the basic diseases of ischemic white matter disease,which is limited and ineffective,while traditional Chinese medicine has a unique advantage in preventing and improving the clinical symptoms of ischemic white matter disease.Based on the theory of Zang-fu organs,follow-ing the principle of"prevention before disease and prevention of disease",combined with clinical experience,ischemic white matter lesions are treated from spleen and kidney.By regulating the spleen and kidney and reconciling yin and yang,we can achieve the purpose of treating isch-emic white matter lesions.
