As a chronic neurodegenerative disease,Parkinson's disease(Parkinson'sdisease,PD)is a common disease in the department of neurology,which is mainly characterized by motor dysfunction and depression.At present,its pathogenesis is not clear and the clinical treat-ment is relatively simple.PD belongs to the category of tremor syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine,and there are various treatment methods for the disease in traditional Chinese medicine.By searching the relevant TCM treatment literature in the past 5 years,this paper summarizes the etiology and pathogenesis of PD from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis,treatment by stages,treatment of viscera,other treatment and acupuncture and massage treatment,in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of PD.
