外文摘要：Thyroid nodules(TN)are one of the common diseases in the endocrinology department,and the main manifestations are abnor-mal proliferation and changes in the thyroid tissue structure,forming a neck lump.Master Xu Jingshi of traditional Chinese medicine be-lieves that liver depression is the initiating factor of this disease,with qi stagnation and phlegm coagulation as symptoms,and liver and kid-ney yin deficiency as the root cause.A drug pair is two Chinese medicines paired according to the efficacy,nature and flavor of the drugs,and its compatibility has far-reaching clinical significance.Master Xu Jingshi of traditional Chinese medicine skillfully used drug pairs in the treatment of thyroid nodules,and listed four commonly used drug pairs:clearing the liver and dispersing nodules,resolving phlegm and dispersing nodules,softening and dispersing nodules,and soothing the liver and nourishing yin.This article summarizes the characteristics of drug pair compatibility used by Master Xu Jingshi of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of thyroid nodules,and provides classic cases for the benefit of colleagues.
