基于"阳化气,阴成形"探讨补法治疗肝硬化腹水

摘要
肝硬化腹水是肝病终末期最常见的严重并发症之一,若得不到有效治疗,会给患者带来不可逆转的后果,同时也会拖累医疗资源.中医认为肝硬化腹水以阴阳虚损为基本病机,治疗应以补法为主,通过益气健脾、温补脾肾、滋肾柔肝、行气活血利水等方法,调整体内阴阳平衡,达到阴平阳秘的目的.在此基础上,本文结合历代医家对于鼓胀的认识,从"阳化气,阴成形"的角度出发,进一步阐述了治疗肝硬化腹水的中医药学理论.希望本文能够为临床医生提供一些参考,促进治疗效果的提高.
Abstract
Ascites in cirrhosis is one of the most common serious complications in the end stage of liver disease.If it is not effectively treat-ed,it will bring irreversible consequences to patients and will also drag down medical resources.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the basic pathogenesis of ascites in cirrhosis is the deficiency of yin and yang.The treatment should be based on tonic methods.Through methods such as invigorating qi and strengthening the spleen,warming and tonifying the spleen and kidney,nourishing the kidney and soft-ening the liver,and promoting qi,blood circulation and diuresis,the balance of yin and yang in the body can be adjusted to achieve the pur-pose of yin and yang balance.On this basis,this article combines the understanding of bloating by doctors of all dynasties,and from the per-spective of"yang turns into qi,yin forms",it further expounds the theory of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of ascites in cirrho-sis.It is hoped that this article can provide some reference for clinicians and promote the improvement of treatment effect.
