To Explore the Clinical Effect of"Qufeng Qingre"Traditional Chinese Medicine External Wash Prescription in Treating Exogenous Fever in Children
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of"Qufeng Qingre"traditional Chinese medicine external washing formula in the treat-ment of exogenous fever in children.Methods:60 children with exogenous fever admitted to the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Meiji-ang District,Meizhou City,Guangdong Province from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the ran-dom number table method.In the control group,30 children received western medicine.For routine basic treatment,30 children in the re-search group were treated with the"Qufeng Qingre"traditional Chinese medicine external wash.The efficacy of the two groups was com-pared.Results:Compared with the control group(total clinical effective rate of 73.33%),the total clinical effective rate of the study group(96.67%)was significantly higher(x2=6.405,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the antipyretic effective time,antipyretic tempera-ture control time,and complete antipyretic time in the study group were significantly shortened(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in either group.Conclusion:"Qufeng Qingre"traditional Chinese medicine external washing formula has good effect in the auxiliary treatment of exogenous fever in children.
