摘要
骨质疏松症已成为我国中老年人常见疾病之一.中医学常认为,"肾虚"是骨质疏松症的基本病机,"血瘀"是其独立危险因素,而"脾虚"也是其重要致病因素.以上三者在该病的发病过程中均发挥着重要作用.现代医学也对"肾虚""血瘀""脾虚"进行了大量的研究.查阅相关文献摘要,本文基于"肾虚、血瘀、脾虚"理论探讨骨质疏松症的中医病因病机及西医相关理念,并总结其临床疗效,为临床治疗提供一定的参考,也为防治骨质疏松症提供依据.
Abstract
Osteoporosis has become one of the common diseases among middle-aged and elderly people in my country.Traditional Chinese medicine often believes that"kidney deficiency"is the basic pathogenesis of osteoporosis,"blood stasis"is its independent risk factor,and"spleen deficiency"is also an important pathogenic factor.The above three play an important role in the pathogenesis of the disease.Modern medicine has also conducted a lot of research on"kidney deficiency","blood stasis"and"spleen deficiency".After consulting relevant litera-ture abstracts,this article explores the etiology and pathogenesis of osteoporosis in traditional Chinese medicine and related concepts of Western medicine based on the theory of"kidney deficiency,blood stasis,and spleen deficiency",and summarizes its clinical efficacy,pro-viding a certain reference for clinical treatment,and also providing a basis for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.
