Research Progress on the Mechanism of Action of Shenling Baizhu Powder in Treating Colitis
Shenling Baizhu San is a commonly used prescription for the treatment of colitis.Its main effects are to invigorate qi and strengthen the spleen,remove dampness and stop diarrhea.Experimental studies in recent years have shown that its main mechanisms for treating colitis include:inhibiting inflammation,repairing the intestinal epithelial cell barrier,maintaining the stability of the intestinal flora,promoting intestinal immune function,and anti-oxidation.This article summarizes and analyzes the mechanism of action of Shenling Baizhu San in the treatment of colitis by retrieving and collating relevant literature in recent years.The suggestions put forward are mainly aimed at the improvement of research methods and plans,aiming to provide further theoretical support for the clinical application of Shenling Baizhu San in the treatment of colitis.
