The pathogenesis of diarrhea in children and the theoretical understanding of"One Qi Circulation"are expounded.It is believed that"Zhongxu"leads to disorder of qi movement and disharmony between Ying and Wei,which causes abnormal conduction of the large in-testine and is the root cause of this disease.Starting from the theory of"One Qi Circulation",this article takes regulating the qi movement of the middle qi,Ying and Wei,restoring the ascending and descending mediation,moving the spleen and restoring yang,regulating the meridi-ans,and restoring the circulation of qi as the core in clinical practice.The spleen-moving and diarrhea-stopping massage techniques are used to treat diarrhea in children,and the child is cured by covering the cup.A case is cited as an example to share with colleagues.
