This article is based on the innovation and development of Fei Boxiong's thought of"mellow and gentle,plain and harmonious",expounds the understanding of bone tumors in traditional Chinese medicine.It applies"consolidating the foundation and clearing the source","treating the spleen and kidney together","Fei's blood circulation and removing blood stasis method"to the bone tumor syndrome differentia-tion system,and innovatively applies"Longhuo Decoction","Liji Decoction","Houxin Decoction","Xinding Zhengyin Lilao Decoction",etc.,so that its connotation and significance are more in line with the characteristics of modern traditional Chinese medicine in the differentiated treatment of cancer diseases.Clinically,it flexibly divides tumor diseases into four stages according to the different stages of occurrence and development,and distinguishes and treats bone tumor fever and bone tumor-related insomnia from the aspects of etiology,pathogenesis and treatment principles.Under the guidance of Fei Boxiong's academic thoughts,it provides new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of bone tumors.
