Among patients with fatigue during the recovery period from viral pneumonia,traditional Chinese medicine therapy plays an impor-tant role in this.Professor Huang Yan has been engaged in clinical work in traditional Chinese medicine for more than 30 years.She has deeply grasped that the etiology and pathogenesis of chest tightness and fatigue during the recovery period of viral pneumonia are"vital qi deficiency decline,and major qi deficiency depression"and proposed the basic treatment of"replenishing ancestral qi,nourishing yin and replenishing qi".The clinical effect is remarkable.Based on specific clinical cases,this article discusses Professor Huang Yan's treatment of chest tightness and fatigue during the recovery period of viral pneumonia,so as to provide a reference for colleagues to communicate with each other.
