"Condition target differentiation and treatment"is a new clinical idea proposed by Academician Tong Xiaolin based on the devel-opment of modern pharmacological research and integrating the concept of"regulating condition"of traditional Chinese medicine.Polycystic ovary syndrome is a dominant disease treated by traditional Chinese medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine theory believes that kidney defi-ciency and blood stasis are an important pathogenesis of its pathogenesis.Based on the academic idea of"syndrome differentiation and treat-ment",the author combines the clinical manifestations and pathological characteristics of PCOS with kidney deficiency and blood stasis,tak-ing kidney deficiency and blood stasis as syndrome,ovulation disorders and menstrual abnormalities as syndrome targets,and changes in ovarian volume and arterial blood flow as target.By using Bushen Zhupai Decoction to warm and nourish kidney yang,promote blood circula-tion and remove blood stasis,adjust the patient's imbalance and attack the target of lesions,good clinical results have been achieved.
