壳聚糖/纳米-SiOx复合膜研究

用阴离子表面活性荆(SDS)活化的纳米SiOx对壳聚糖涂膜进行改性,用红外光谱(IR)和电镜(TEM)表征膜的结构和形态,研究结果表明:壳聚糖与SiOx微粒间存在强烈的氢键相互作用,膜的水蒸汽透过率、透光率、机械性能、氧气透过率等性质得到改善和提高.同时,涂膜对革兰氏阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌有较高的抗菌效果,对果蔬涂膜保鲜,保鲜时间和好果率得到提高.
Study on Composite Film of Chitosan/nano-SiOx
The chitosan/SiOx fresh-keeping film was prepared by combining chitosan with nano-SiOx,pre-modified with anion surfactant (SDS). Microstructure was characterized by IR spectroscopy and TEM. The results show that strong hydrogen bonds are formed between nano-SiOx and chitosan.Additionally, many properties of the composite film were investigated and it was found that the properties of the composite film, such as water vapor transmission rate (WVTR), optical transparency(T%), Mechanical, crack and gas transmission, were increased and improved obviously. Besides, the composite film had superior antibacterial activity both for gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.The data reveals that applying of the composite films coating effectively maintains the quality attributes of fruit and vegetables.
