Empirical Study on the Professional Identity of Tourism Management in Local University
This paper first proposed a Seven-dimension Professional Identity Model for tourism management in local universities, and used SPSS to analyze the model, and then used AMOS to test the reliability and validity of the model. Result shows that this model in-cludes professional prospects, ownership and professional development, professional teaching. Finally, the characteristics of local colleges and universities should be put forward to improve the professional identity of tourism management professional students from the aspects of increasing the training intensity of employment skills and employment information, creating a good learning atmosphere and cultivating professional sense of belonging, building application oriented teachers and exploring teaching mode.
