地方高校旅游管理专业学生专业认同的实证研究

首先提出地方高校旅游管理专业学生的专业认同测量的七维度模型,并用SPSS软件对该模型进行探索性因子分析,之后用AMOS软件进行了信度和效度的检验.结果表明旅游管理专业学生的专业认同测量模型包括专业前景、专业归属与发展、专业教学3个维度.最后结合地方高校特点提出应从加大就业技能的培训力度、加强就业信息的学习、营造良好学习氛围、培养专业归属感、建设应用型教师队伍以及探索教学模式的创新等方面提高旅游管理专业学生专业认同.
Empirical Study on the Professional Identity of Tourism Management in Local University
This paper first proposed a Seven-dimension Professional Identity Model for tourism management in local universities, and used SPSS to analyze the model, and then used AMOS to test the reliability and validity of the model. Result shows that this model in-cludes professional prospects, ownership and professional development, professional teaching. Finally, the characteristics of local colleges and universities should be put forward to improve the professional identity of tourism management professional students from the aspects of increasing the training intensity of employment skills and employment information, creating a good learning atmosphere and cultivating professional sense of belonging, building application oriented teachers and exploring teaching mode.
