A Study on Optimization for Extracting Total Alkaloids from Liparis Nervosa
In order to increase the extraction efficiency of total alkaloids from Liparis nervosa, the influences of the ratio of material to solvent, extraction temperature, extraction time and ethanol concentration on the yield of total alkaloids by using heating reflux method were studied in this paper. Based on the single factor experiments, the optimum extraction technology was determined by orthogonal de-sign.The optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows:the ratio of material to solven 1:25, extraction temperature 90℃, extrac-tion time 2.5 h and ethanol concentration 50%. Under the optimized extraction conditions, the content of total alkaloids in Liparis nervosa herb that collected from Wuyishan district was 2.34%.
