基于网络大数据的主题公园游客体验——以国内三大主题公园为例

以上海迪士尼乐园、珠海长隆海洋王国和北京欢乐谷三家主题公园为研究对象,依据具身理论,从游客体验的角度研究这三家主题公园的发展现状.结果表明:游客对三家主题公园的情感倾向于正向和中性,说明游客对三家主题公园旅游的整体感知是满意的;主题公园内特色、丰富的娱乐项目给游客留下了较深的印象,游客关注度高,夜游主题公园获得部分游客的青睐,夜场经济为主题公园经营营造新空间;游客体验感知包括吸引物体验感知、身体体验感知和环境体验感知,游客体验感知对游客的主题公园重游及推荐意向具有较大影响.
Research on the Experience of Theme Park Tourist Based on Big data:Taking the Three Theme Parks in China as an Example
Taking Shanghai Disneyland,Zhuhai Chimelong Ocean Kingdom and Beijing Happy Valley as sample,according to embod-ied theory,this paper analyzed the development of these three theme parks from the perspective of tourists'experience.The results showed that:(1)Tourists'sentiments towards the three theme parks tend to be positive and neutral,which indicating that the overall perception of tourism in these three theme parks is satisfactory;(2)Characteristic,rich entertainment projects of the theme park left a deep impression on the tourists,the tourists pay high attention;Night tour theme parks are favored by some tourists,and night economy creates a new space for the operation of the theme park.(3)Tourism experience perception includes:service experience perception,attraction experience per-ception and environmental experience perception.The perception of tourism experience has a great influence on tourists're-visit and rec-ommendation intention of theme parks.
